    The Raptor Institute will be heading up to the mountains with our local raptor species to share their amazing stories with Cuyamaca Rancho State Park guests. Bring the family and come for the day, or get a campground and stay for the night to give yourself a chance to listen for some local owl species under the stars. We hope to see you there!

    Come check out the Museum of Man's newest exhibit titled "Living with Animals". This exhibit delves into the ways humans and animals have coexisted over the course of history. The Raptor Institute will be giving a series of presentations showcasing our native raptors and explaining their importance here in San Diego. We'll also talk about how humans and raptors have coexisted in the past and present through the art of falconry. We'll be doing a series of presentations on Saturdays starting in May and running through August. Each one will be different so bring the family and spend a fun day at Balboa Park while learning about local wildlife.
